Why is this redacted?

At the request of the legal department of the advertising agency that owns the billboards in Massachusetts, Connecticut, and New York, the name and image of my rapist has been redacted. This website is counting down 28 days with a timer on the home page. When the timer reaches zero, the billboards will be taken down and I will be free to name my abuser.
